Fast delivery good price on part ordered

My only advice would be to remember that the delivery cost is fairly high however I was very happy with the parts and the service received!

Happy with my order , i think the Order minimum cost should be lowered a bit to €100 however

My order was outsourced to a distributor in France. When the distributor was able to locate just one of the two individual "in stock" parts that we ordered for a transmission rebuild, the whole order was put on hold instead of partially fulfilled w/ what they had. Once we cleared that up, we received the one part well packaged in due course. Slow, but worth the wait overall. A bit disappointed the other part (circa 1990) wasn't available after all, but understandable given its rarity.

Honda Japan postboned the delivery date of a special tool twice by 4 weeks, without giving a proper delivery date. It was not a problem to remove the order of this part and get it refund. Great service from parts-honda.uk

UK website but the parts shipped from France. This has taken over 2 weeks to arrive and I've had to pay an additional import fee. Avoid

Service was prompt and fast. Communication was there since some item had a lead time on it. But I will definitely buy again from them.

Eventually found the part I needed for my civic, not yet fitted so hoping it will be the correct part , was little annoyed to have to pay further £70 ,, before it could be delivered to me for import duty ,,,

Good service at a great price. Be aware that you are buying parts for a left hand drive car - the wing mirror I got to replace the passenger side glass comes with the driver's side magnification, so vehicles behind you appear a lot further away than they are, which can be a problem!

The site is extremely easy for finding part numbers. Delivery and import were both quick with no issues. This is the second time I have ordered through Honda UK, and I will certainly order again.

Genuine parts, easy catalogue. Shipment is from France, which makes it easy for orders from within Europe. Parts did take quite some time to arrive, overnight delivery would be a big pro!
